In-store Returns

Ava Boutique does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
However, we will accept exchanges or returns for store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange the item must returned within 7 days of the original purchase.
The item must be in the original condition in which it was purchased with tags attached and proof of purchase is required.

Sale Items: All sale/discounted purchases are considered final - That is, no exchanges/returns/store credit or refunds will be issued.

Faulty Items

If the item is faulty, please contact us by email at
Faulty items will either be replaced or refunded.

Online returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please inform us within 7 days of your original purchase by filling out the returns form below.

The item is to be in original condition that it was sent to you in with all labels and tags attached. Store credit or an exchange will issued.

You are to cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are none refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from this.

Cancellations- Once an order is processed it can not be cancelled, so please choose wisely.

All sale/discounted purchases are considered final No exchanges/returns/store credit or refunds will be issued.
Items purchased using discount codes are considered sale items and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Fautly items must be returned with all tags attached and in the order that it was sent to you within 7 days of the purchase.

We recommend that you send your item via trackable post as we are not responsible for lost or missing parcels.

Majority of our stock that is online is the same as our stock in store. - Because of this, on occasion, something may sell in-store at the same time it sells online. If this is to happen to you, we will solve it in a manner you are happy with.
