We do not provide refunds instore for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Items can be exchanged or a credit note will be issued.
Returns will be provided if the item is faulty.

Standard Delivery estimated shipping time is 1-3 working days.
Once your order had been processed you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.
- Where do you ship to?
We ship to the North and South Island in New Zealand using courier tracking.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.
